How the hell do you indict someone for hacking into a server that you haven't examined or have possession of?? You need to post that sentence on EVERY DAMNED THREAD!

The indictment lists a lot of evidence that was not on the DNC server(s): keyloggers on individual PCs, spearphish collection of passwords by email, hacked accounts (it doesn’t say where they were) which were breached by the Russians, agent software place on various computers, erased log files, and lots more.
This does beg the question — Howe was all this evidence obtained? Did DOJ confiscate all DNC employee computers? What mail servers were they examining?
Lots of unanswered questions.
