I don’t. The corruption in the head spreads downward. People ‘get’ what’s allowed and not allowed, who’s side they’d best be on, what they should and shouldn’t say in the group. Just like pubic school teachers.
I think a minority are truly OK, and the majority are self-protecting, look the other way enablers of the corruption.
