Victim last seen talking to the occupants of a black SUV with DC license plate DEEP-ST8 and a #RESIST bumper sticker. The occupants of the vehicle are described as a male and female light complexioned AA. The female is described as having “reptilian features.” The third occupant of the vehicle is described as an elderly Caucasian female wearing a heavy coat and scarf and convulsing uncontrollably in a prone position in the rear seat.
Reports from locals in the Judiciary Square neighborhood describe the trio roaming the area recently asking for help finding their lost Siberian Huskie puppy named Vlad.
It’s related to a Mueller indictment.
