Left-Wing Antifa Terrorists ‘Freaking Out’ over Proposed ‘Unmasking’ Law.....
BretiBart ^ | 7/11/2018 | John Nolte

The left-wing terrorist organization that calls itself Antifa is “freaking out” over a proposed law that would enhance penalties for anyone who “injures, oppresses, threatens, or intimidates any person” while wearing a disguise or mask.

Antifa has been allowed to run rampant, committing countless acts of violence against everyday, peaceful supporters of President Donald Trump.

The Unmasking Antifa Act of 2018 can mean additional fines and prison terms of up to 15 years. The Hill reports the “bill was introduced by Republican Rep. Dan Donovan (N.Y.) and is co-sponsored by GOP Reps. Pete King (R-NY), Paul Gosar (R-AZ) and Ted Budd (R-NC).”

And since our establishment media choose to encourage, stoke, dismiss, foment, downplay, and excuse harassment, violence and property damage against Trump supporters; since the media are normalizing and even making heroes of violent, left-wing thugs, it is important that law enforcement have all the tools necessary to stop this epidemic of lawlessness.

I would think simply making it so that disguising oneself automatically makes a crime premeditated for charging purposes would have the same affect but be more broadly applicable.

Shouldn't they be in jail for fraud?

They are in fact FASCISTS who claim to be "anti"-Fascist.

Why did the Justice Dept. drop all charges against the protestors during the inauguration?

“Weren’t these de-masking laws at one time primarily aimed at the Klan?”

Yes, so far as I know.

“...some KKK group needs to test the ACLU’s touted objectivity with a case of their own.”

The KKK are democrats too.

That makes perfect sense to me ... if you approach someone aggressively in a mask it implies you likely intend to do something illegal and don’t want to be identified and caught. Hence a reasonable fear or injury or death. Hence the justification to use lethal force if being aggressively approached by an AntiFa thug in a mask.

The KKK are democrats too.

Which explains their strong support for Congressman Albert Johnson of Washington State back in the heyday of the Klan. What? He was Republican? Oh. Nevermind.

This habit of conveniently simplifying history, egged on by opportunists like Dinesh D'Souza, is not a good thing.

How DARE you not let us be faceless cowards!?!?

They ought to be the first ones to get a board/bat upside the head when a defensive counterstrike comes - as I believe they will more and more frequently.

About freakin’ time.

That’s what I say! Everytime I saw their demonstrations I would yell at the TV arrest the one’s wearing mask. They are the troublemakers!

The 1st Amendment protects peaceable assembly and redress of grievances. I always assumed that one had to be identifiable to be afforded these protections.

Many states have laws like this passed to defeat the klan back in the day.

That’s why every halloween here in Hollywood, the violent assaults on the street spikes almost 200% , as per my bud in the LAPD.

In the 80s in Philly there was a Halloween night mafia assassination by a costumed and masked man who strode into a neighborhood corner restaurant and shot a man at the dinner table.

Ruined the tablecloth.

In years gone by this would have been considered a state matter.

That was before all these billionaire-funded protesters started organizing across all state lines over the Internet.
