Kavanaugh is radically conservative. Here’s the data to prove it.

"...invoking the original Articles of the Constitution (consistent with the Originalist jurisprudence favored by conservative jurists)"
Oh the horror!
Kavanaugh may be more Originalist/Conservative than I had initially believed.

Radically conservative
Is that anything like conservatively communist?

I read somewhere that over 12 of his opinions were adopted by the supreme court.
Bottom line: He is going to be confirmed. And if he’s not, there will be someone in the wings who is amply as qualified.

This article is more leftist garbage and more proof that they look at the US Constitution as being worthless!

Kavanaugh was sitting on the D.C. Court of Appeals.
Anyone who wasn’t a leftist ideologue would be in dissent, most of the time.

The MEDIA telling us how much we should like him and how conservative he is has me worried more than anything else.

What media is that?.....90% of what I have seen/heard has been definitively negative.

But is he ‘severely’ conservative?

... Kavanaugh tended to dissent more often along partisan lines than his peers...
More than the Wise Latina, Kagin, and Ginsberg? They dissent to nearly everything found in the words of the Constitution.
Ginsberg even wouldn’t recommend the US Constitution to Egypt. She also looks to foreign law forher decisions.
Democrats wants Ginsberg clone.

In essence, this is a fine endorsement of Kavanaugh. The more hatred the left shows for this guy, the better he has got to be for our nation.

Too bad.
We have to deal with leftist ideologues like Kegan, Sotowhatever, and Notorious RBG.
You will have to deal with someone who actually observes the Constitution.

They are lock, stock and barrel on everything. Never a Q as to which way they vote as a block. Guided by IDIOTology rather than Constitutional Law
Amongst the WORST Justices in history
