I don’t believe Judge Nap has been as sharp recently.
Not sure what is going on with him, but I’ve lost some respect for the guy.
Finding out that Nap is married to a man didn’t help my opinion, either.
Hello, D1, it's been a while since we exchanged posts. I don't post much anymore due to some health issues, but I always enjoy reading your comments and analyses.
The change in Napolitano dates back to January, 2017. Most Freepers have forgotten the particular incident, but when the big news splash about the "dossier" smear and the alleged former British intelligence asset connection was at it's height in the media, Napolitano made an appearance on Fox in which he claimed the real source was the British GCHQ (Government Communications Headquarters), their intelligence service's component of the co-operative spy network with the US and three other allies.
Napolitano didn't go into more detail, e.g.,, that GCHQ was part of the "Five Eyes" (aka Echelon) spy network operated by the US, Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, or that these countries use this system to circumvent their laws against spying on their own citizens by having their "allies" do it for them and then passing the info along "through channels".
Unfortunately for Judge Nap, even though he didn't give those other details, just the mention of GCHQ got him yanked off the air at Fox. He wasn't seen again for nearly three months, with absolutely no comment or explanation from Fox. When he finally returned, again with no explanation or comment from Fox or him, he had noticeably changed in several aspects of his presentation and affect.
I believe he was given a serious "talking to" and explanation of what topics were permitted or off-limits. Anyway, he has changed, and I don't believe he should be trusted.
