She can but..... If she does it fradulently for money, the practice is criminal.

If she uses the degree obtained by fraud, her actions forever become the forbidden fruit of the criminal tree ( Ben Matlock school of law)

Never liked Matlock.

I prefer the Perry Mason school of TV law even though Perry couldn’t pull off most of what he did in real life.

A friend of ours stayed over one time who was a practicing criminal attorney. That morning, a PM rerun was on. All I heard was no, that doesn’t happen, that would never be allowed, and other objections. It was interesting to say the least.
