Two former Ohio State University wrestlers are accusing Rep. Jim Jordan of ignoring sexual misconduct by a university physician more than two decades ago when he was an assistant wrestling coach at Ohio State. Theres no claim that Jordan engaged in such misconduct, the claim is that he knew about, but failed to take action to stop, sexual harassment by a team doctor.

In Jordans case, the two accusers are highly suspect. According to Chuck Ross at the Daily Caller, one of them, Dunyasha Yetts, served prison time for a $1.8 million fraud scheme that involved bilking professional athletes using phony documents.

As someone who is intimately familiar with college wrestling, this story is impossible for me to believe. These are not pre-teen and young teen figure skaters.
This is another attempt to “Roy Moore” someone who threatens the deep state and our side keeps allowing them to get away with it. If I see another “well, there is no proof, but these are very serious allegations” republicrat I may break my computer.
Yep. These are blatant lies. I believe most of America knows it.
Days after Jordan slammed Rosenstien and Ryan was ready with a statement.
Completely transparent hit job nobody is buying.
I’m with Jordon 100%.
How long before Gloria Allred makes an appearance?
One has to wonder whether, given their criminal backgrounds, the accusers are FBI confidential informants (aka agent provocateurs).
I suspect that, if the allegations were true, at least some of the MEN on the COLLEGE wrestling team would have been arrested for beating up the doctor, and putting a stop to whatever he was supposedly doing.
The left is getting a little sloppy with these themes. Hopefully it means that they will give up this tactic soon. Which might be good, but who knows what they will replace it with?
Jordan was the assistant coach.
The alleged discussions appear to be little more than guys in the locker room talking about the doctor being weird.
I may have missed it but I have yet to read any of the accusers going to the head coach, the school president, campus security, or anonymous letters to the school newspaper to formally report the alleged abuse.
Just look at the law firm behind all of this - Perkins Come. They are the ones who were the middle man between Hillary and Steele. They are also the firm that handled all of Obama's BC issues.
Deep state, really? How bout an African Rat party member trying to frame a republican just like they are doing to our republican president.
False accusers and their backers should be crucified. Jordan represents a real threat to the deep state. It’s no more complicated than that.
That should say Coie, not Come. Autocorrect.
The Dems/deep state play for keeps and I wouldn’t trust the GOP leadership to defend Jordan. The FBI could also be involved in this. At this stage, I think the DOJ and the FBI eill do anything to keep the lid on their corruption and get Trump and the conservatives out of office.
Me too. Good assessment. The wrestlers I teamed with in college were pretty damned aggressive men.
I’m sure the Rinos want no part of Jordan as Speaker and will do their best to stop him.
IMO this ought to be grounds to open a RICO investigation of Perkins Coie which is up to its neck in this (as it was in the Steele dossier).
This is not journalism nor the practice of law. These are espionage activities. Arresting the partners of Perkins Coie and seizing all the firm’s records, on national security grounds, ought to be within the range of measures considered in response to this and previous acts of espionage by that firm.
I’d give at least even odds on that one.
Correct, and they have lousy facts from fraudsters. It goes no where.
No doubt, you don't accuse Rosenstein and get away with it.
I was on the wrestling team at Arizona State University back in the late 60s.
I don't remember any wrestlers who would tolerate such behavior nor not defend themselves with a sharp blow to the face of this physician.
College wrestlers are not wimpy, shrinking violets.
This story lacks credence from the get-go.
