I've favored Amy Coney Barrett from the start and said so right here and stated my reasons. Dianne Feinstein despises her and ditto for Durbin because she is "too Catholic."

I remembered her from her hearings in 2017 and the nasty grilling AlFranken gave her but she gave it right back to him. I've found one clip on you tube to give y'all a taste of it. Mercifully, that a$$hole is no longer in the Senate.

She was born in New Orleans in 1972, she is married and she and her husband have 7 children! Five biological, two adopted from Haiti.

She clerked for Justice Scalia.

Thank you Onyx. I appreciate the mention. I’m not wedded to her as a choice yet, but I’ve liked what I’ve seen so far.

That “too Catholic” comment was just terrible. That’s so anti-Constitutional and mean.

Franky was all loaded for bear. Sadly for him, he was up against an educated articulate woman.

Her comment about a known reputable firm willing to work as co-council with the entity in question, was an excellent notation.

No top drawer law firm is going to saddle up with a hate group. It would damage their firm.

As for the SPLC, I suspect they toss out labels to every group right of center, especially if they defend the U. S. Constitution.
