Oh it will work alright. I still grit my teeth when I think of that scumbag Trent Lott telling the story about his "pet billy goat, Billy", and how no fence could ever hold that goat in, and we're fools to build a wall on the border with the thought that we could keep people out.
a) Lott was a GD liar - I would bet my house he never owned a billy goat
b) If you put up an electrified barb wire fence around a goat pen, I would also bet my house that that goat won't get out
c) Goats aren't some magical, mythical creatures with super powers. Nor are lying politicians, despite what they believe.
My 4 were definitely stopped by the electric fence that I put up.

Then they learned to tolerate the short jolt and crash on thru.
