I agree with you. The wall is not enough. We need to end welfare for illegals, birthright citizenship, and chain migration. We also need to drastically limit the conditions that will justify asylum, provide that failing to show up up for an immigration hearing is both a felony and grounds for immediate expulsion without further proceedings of any kind, and provide that registering to vote or voting while in the country illegally is grounds for immediate expulsion without further proceedings after time served. Also, no amnesty. We were promised that in 86.
Those are some things I never thought about, re: voting and not showing up for court.
So many of the problems would be solved without having to pour 1 yard of concrete. But, again, I’d love to see a glorious, YUGE wall, as well.
