Sorry...It’s a Federal Election with Federal Rules...
Just goes to show politicians are more and more stupid and don’t know rules and laws. It will only get worse.
It is a State election created by the State legislature. Every Presidential Election other than the one where the Electors actually meet is.
That does not mean this particular law is valid, however, to keep candidates off the ballot.
