He’s proposing what the immigration agent proposed in another thread - quick judicial review. The people coming are trying to game the system. They don’t have ligitment claims. They know once they get into the country they can fade into the shadows, and avoid deportation. 80% never show up for court anyway because they never had a real claim.

Ted is calling their bluff (great stadegy). Make them go thru the court system before being let in the country.

Many will stop trying to get in if the likely hood is they will be denied.

The Ted haters here are quite analogous to the media on this topic. They don’t seem to know or care that what they say has nothing to do with reality.

I don’t see a single hater explaining what is wrong, exactly, with Ted’s plan. Or what Trump, the guy who is really untrustworthy regarding legislative matters (TrumpRyanCare, etc), would find wrong with Ted’s plan.
