The two Kansas sheriff's deputies who were fatally shot while transporting an inmate between jail and a court hearing both leave behind children.

Deputy Theresa King had three children and Deputy Patrick Rohrer had two, Wyandotte County sheriff's Maj. Kelli Bailiff said on Saturday.
King, 44, was a 13-year veteran of the Wyandotte County Sheriff's Office while Rohrer, 35, was with the department for seven years.

Rohrer died on Friday while King died early Saturday from injuries suffered after an inmate overpowered the two deputies.

Hollywood shows us every day in their movies how a 100lbs female can beat the crap out of ten men built just like this guy. The bad thing is too many women actually think they can do it and the people now running government at every level hire women into these types of jobs in which they have no reason to work.

Yep. When escorting a bulked-up prisoner like this one - or hell, any prisoner - a good policy would be having one cop guide the prisoner and another trail behind with a shotgun. Our only disagreement is that I’d prefer a double barrel, and not a pump.

trying to aim her gun or would she send two shots into his left and right testicle and then both eyes so he won’t see anything in the great hereafter of the Native Americans. Then claim as the only living witness that her gun went off as she was reading him his rights. And then sue the dead guy’s relatives for allowing him to endanger her life.
I do. And I’d like to know how many unsupported kids is that piece of human debris leaving behind as he goes into prison.
