Mueller surrendered any leverage he had to speak with President Trump when Michael Cohen's office was raided.
Trump is under no pressure. The news media would like to say he is. But remember he was told repeatedly he is not a target. Therefore he does not need to meet with Mueller.
Additionally they set a standard at the DOJ with Hillary where the meetings are not under oath. And others can be in the room. So even if he talks to Mueller, he should insist that the same rules as Hillary had should apply.
Tell Mueller to KYA!
Why should the President be different than any other citizen? Why should be different than Clinton? Yes, he could fall into a trap. But he admitted that he’s smarter than most and thus likely to avoid being ensnared.
I would think the pressure would be on Mueller. The President has just pulled off an astounding victory for world peace and Mueller wants to continue his kangaroo court to bring him down?
How about you leave the man alone. Let him do his job for the American people.
Depends on what the developments are. I don't think Trump should "appear" but if they have a handful of relevant questions I think his attorneys can handle it in exchange for a date for concluding the circus.
