As part of his effort to get dictator Kim Jong Un to agree to denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, President Trump showed him a video that presented all the possibilities for North Koreas future if sanctions come off.
In addition to the benefits economic development and innovative technologies would bring to the Hermit Kingdom, Trump also emphasized what developing the countrys beaches could do for the nation.
They have great beaches! You see that whenever they're exploding the cannons into the ocean, right? Trump said after playing the four-minute video for the press.
So I said, Boy, look at that beach. Wouldn't that make a great condo behind and I explained it, the real estate mogul said.
I said, Instead of doing that you could have the best hotels in the world right there. Think of it from a real estate perspective.

"This is the English version of the video "trailer" that President Donald J. Trump showed Chairman Kim Jong Un during their historic summit on 6/12/18. This is a rip from the official White House press conference live stream, where they showed the video to reporters before the President took questions."
Of course if you can't believe that the seal on the video was real or the caption under the video was real you might have noticed that it was exactly the same as the video shown live this morning, twice, once in Korean and once in English, at about 4:AM EDST to the whole world from the press conference just before Pres. Trump took the stage.
You act like whatever is on Youtube is fake. Does that include the WH.gov Youtube channel?
WOW!!!
“Yeah I read that article earlier. Once again no sources just claims.”
He just has to look at Singapore and South Korea for the possibilities.
What a piece of film. The future layed out for this man, a very bright future.
LOL!!!!!
I think so too.
Scott Adams take on it has always been that we allow Kim and his family can keep their homes, they will be established as rulers who “united the north and south” ... they would retain their status.
Later generations could work it out themselves.
It would never work if we incarcerated him or punished his family,.
I’m in awe that the US put together that film in short order.
And I seek out Scott Adams’ videos everyday. I was not originally aware of his background. But he gives a unique perspective always.
We gave him an iPad. Trump played it for him at the table.
Who cares. Its a great story.
The Deplorables in flyover country; the rural areas and smaller towns and cities outside of the mega metropolises, the people of strong Judeo-Christian faith, etc.
They are the people to thank for the election of President Trump.
Just think of the countries that the US has “built” or helped up ... Germany, Japan ... many who were “enemies”. Our country has an incredible record to pouring money into countries to make them financially stable ... friends.
We used to do it, we still do it. May North Korea be our new American partner.
If you bothered to read any of my other posts you would note I viewed the film distributed by the WH
You chose three of the most useless sources one could pick. Nice job. Those rank just below you tube
I like Trumps feed on Twitter thanks
But not his feed in Singapore ... via the WH? LOL
Amazing!
This needs to be broadcast to every North Korean.
I was responding to this post:
Yeah I read that article earlier. Once again no sources just claims.
As to the second part of your reply:
You chose three of the most useless sources one could pick. Nice job. Those rank just below you tube
Since you did not accept your first source (presumably Pro-Trump), I decided to give several sources ANTAGONISTIC to President Trump. "Both sides of the aisle", so to speak... "Bipartisan".
Evidently, no source will convince you that the video was shown to Kim Jung Un and his party.
So glad your on current events
