“Probably a General Discharge.”

There are two types of General Discharges - Under Honorable Conditions, and Under Other Than Honorable Conditions. Worse than those is a Bad Conduct Discharge, and worse still is a Dishonorable Discharge.

General Under Other Than Honorable means that he will lose some of his veterans benefits, but not all. It does not count as a criminal record. It is however, a lot easier to administer to someone. A BCD or Dishonorable can only administered by Courts Martial.

True but seeing how things are now I’d bet it’s General under honorable conditions. Otherwise the punk would probably have lawyers lining up.
