The Senate has already spoken. Don’t tell me you are unaware of that also.
The Senate has not spoken on a Sessions ‘replacement’. There would be an ‘acting’ Attorney General’, until a new nominee is nominated. President Trump could fire the ‘acting’ Attorney General as well.
