Some of these vises are so abhorrent that they do rise to a national concern, even though they are not delineated in the constitution (child trafficking for example).

So "abhorrence" overrides Constitutional limitations?

To that I would respond, does the Constitution limit your adherence to morality, your duty to God, or your ability to determine right from wrong? If you are not just trying to bait me, I would answer that there are a great many things we have done as a nation, as a beacon of freedom and hope for a disadvantaged world, that were not defined in the constitution. For a forum as educated as this one is, I don't think I need to list specifics.
