What is the incentive for telling the truth and nothing but the truth? Will it be Bill parsing every word truth?
If he fails to deliver as promised, then the immunity deal is rescinded. But they should hear his testimony before they even contemplate an immunity deal. That is the only way they know what to expect, and if he actually delivers when testifying. Otherwise, let him dangle in the wind.
