I’m not actually sure if he did it under oath or not, perhaps not. Even so, if he did lie, he’s in no position to be be investigating criminal activity.
The word “truth,” and Comey and Mueller, can’t co-exist in the same universe.
I wonder if does it matter? Consider McCabe. McCabe was fired for "lacking candor" even when he wasn't under oath. In the FBI, "lacking candor" is grounds for termination and considered a close cousin to perjury.
Some comment I read n here from a Freeper said Mueller can lie to get info on his investigation, but no one can lie to him. Double standard if true.
