Trey Gowdy’s Recent Activity Highlights Deep State Action Against Devin Nunes…

Something has become increasingly weird about the DOJ and FBI intransigence at releasing the two-page “Electronic Communication” (“EC”) that was written by CIA Director John Brennan to initiate the July 2016 FBI Counterintelligence operation against the campaign of presidential candidate Donald Trump.

The weird something is: According to CIA Director John Brennan’s May 2017 testimony he personally briefed the Gang of Eight members, including Devin Nunes, “individually” in 2016, on that origination document. As such, in 2018 Devin Nunes would only be seeking a review of a document he was already briefed on.

You may drop Grassley off the list .

Grassley help create and pushed a bill that prevented Trump from removing Mueller with all the Senate Never Trumpers .

Grassley is a Pure deep state operative that pretends not to be.

” The GOP has an opportunity handed to them here on a silver platter and yet they are not even trying to seize it. We should be months into Watergate 2.0 here and they are not even trying it seems.”

Likely at least 15-20% of the GOP are actually placed there via efforts by the international left.

How can Gowdy possibly be a fraud?

Look at all the convictions he got against Hillary. She will rot in jail thanks to him...

(Has the FBI been spying on members of Congress?)

Remember when Bill and Hill moved into the White House and had over 400 FBI files with them? They weren’t full of the Congress critters’ favorite recipes. The FBI has been spying on American citizens, particularly GOP politicians, for decades.

Thank you for pointing this out.

Grassley, like Gowdy, always seems to ask the right questions-—

BUT NEVER produces the answers....

From your link: "The origin of the 2016 counterintelligence operation, which was specifically started by CIA Director John Brennan sharing his ‘raw intelligence product’ with the FBI, was not an official product of the U.S. intelligence community."

The origin goes back, at least, to March 2016 wthi Mifsud and the Italian socialist bigwig and the future wife of Papadop, cultivating Papadop with stories about Russian dirt. That may or may not be what they told Papadop, but that's the story as of today. The question is what the motives were for that acitvity, who was behind it, and whether there was any corroboration. We now know that some of the redacted material in Schiff's prosecuting document was about Halper and Sundance has amply pointed out how that undermines Schiff's case. But there was more, and it was earlier and we need to get to the bottom of that.

Here’s Why Obama Clearly Ordered The Spying on Trump

By Larry Schweikart - May 30, 2018

A Thanos-Level Event

For months pundits and researchers have been pondering the mystery of the FISA approval that led to the illegal and historically titanic scandals to ever hit the U.S. government. Some have argued that Assistant Attorney General Rod Rosenstein knew the FISA was bogus when he extended it. Others have wondered if Special Counsel Robert Mueller knew about the fraudulent basis of the FISA when he used it, in part, to indict Michael Flynn. Other still, that Mueller was fooled by the FBI.

This is what President Trump calls “SPYGATE”.

It may well be that the surveillance that was conducted began with UK intelligence services and then was fed back to the White House of Barack Obama. Here’s the kicker:

President Barack Obama did not need a FISA warrant to authorize spying/electronic surveillance on Trump because Obama all along had legal authorization to by-pass the normal court vetting process. According to 50 U.S. Code 1802, the “Electronic Surveillance Authorization” () “Foreign intelligence in relation to a US person (Trump or his associates) is information that’s necessary for the US to protect against attack, hostile acts, sabotage, . . . as well as other clandestine activities by a foreign power . . . OR . . . information relevant to national defense/security of the US, or the conduct of foreign affairs of the U.S.” Such an authorization by Obama required certification by Attorney General Loretta Lynch that must be logged with the FISC court. (“The [AG]+ shall immediately transmit under seal to the court [FISC] a copy of his certification.”)

In short, the DOJ has this. If we are correct, a copy of that certification is currently under seal at least with the DOJ and the FISC.

This is what they are hiding.

However, the Act requires the AG to keep the Select Committee on Intelligence and the Senate Committee on Intelligence informed of these authorizations and unmaskings therein. See 1803 (a) (1) (C) If indeed this is what happened, did Lynch report—or only selectively report—to the committees in a way that excluded non-friendlies? Can you see why Adam Schiff, Mark Warner, and their ilk are terrified?

  1. Obama authorized spying/electronic surveillance on Team Trump, by-passing normal judicial oversight.
  2. To create “foreign intelligence,” John Brennan and others organized for UK intelligence to conduct surveillance on Trump and his associates, either from the UK or from UK assets within the U.S. This is another reason revealing this will unleash an excrement storm: the UK is about to be caught meddling bigly in an American election.
  3. Lynch certified Obama’s authorization which is now held under seal by DOJ (and FISC).

From this authorization, all unmaking followed, as well as the FBI fraudulent counter intel investigation and perhaps the FISA warrant too. Obama knew this was all fake when he made the authorization; Lynch knew it was fake when she certified it; the entire inner circle, including the FBI, all knew. This takes the U.S. into uncharted territory, and could imperil any politician in the British government who supported this or had knowledge of it. Proving any of this would be difficult, as if confronted Lynch would almost certainly cover up and Obama would simply deny knowledge. Without a paper trail, a conviction might be a bridge to far.

Sara Carter reported that concealed FISA documents hold the key—not because they were the origin of SPYGATE but because each new application had to include earlier supporting intelligence, i.e., Obama’s authorization. And the director of the British surveillance agency,
GCHQ, Robert Hannigan, quit three days after Trump’s inauguration for “personal” and “health” reasons.

Now the seeming stonewalling of DOJ, Jeff Sessions, and Rod Rosenstein make sense.
Now it is clear why President Trump has not just himself declassified these materials. This is a TLE.

A Thanos Level Event.

It suggests Sessions and others are wrestling with a massively disruptive chain of revelations that will approximate those of 1861, namely what do you do with a criminal ex-president? Larry Schweikart has discussed elsewhere how no impeachment of a former public official is necessary to indict, arrest, and/or punish such a person. Former Vice President Aaron Burr was arrested and charged with treason by President Thomas Jefferson in 1807 (he was acquitted for lack of evidence). Of course, more recently, former Vice President Spiro Agnew was not impeached before pleading no contest to a felony charge of tax evasion and sentenced to three years probation.

Such a Thanos Level Event might also explain Robert Mueller’s odd and inexplicable behavior of running hither and yon, achieving virtually nothing. If he knew as well, he is probably just as baffled as the DOJ as to how to proceed in a job that implicates the former president in everything Mueller touches. The implications are staggering. One side will rightly demand justice be done, no matter who the culprit. Another side will insist that such a prosecution would “tear the country apart” and do irreparable harm to race relations. Both sides are right, but if we are correct and Barack Obama is not just the end-game point of approval, but the jumping off platform for the entire scandal?

Thanos wouldn’t even recognize the rubble when all of this is over.

Grassley is asking what did Obama know and when, Also Grassley is asking why the $22,000 table was redacted and things like that. Perhaps there are more questions that Grassley should be asking, but I don’t know.

That source is going to have to get more specific. Who organized the cultivation of Papadop in March of 2016? And why did they do it, a few months before the FBI CI investigation? If it was all planned, someone had to plan it rather carefully.

Actually it was a caller. I caught Rush yesterday and it was nauseating the way he was desperately trying find a way to explain Gowdy’s betrayel. Gowdy did a lot of damage the only way Trump can get back the momentum is to release all of the documents imho.

“Forget Burr and Gowdy”.

Why would anyone have ever thought the 2 North Carolina Republican Senators Richard Burr and Thom Tillis are those who could be counted on to expose and go after the spying and corruption of the 2016 Presidential election? They have shown themselves to be nothing but pawns of the GOPe and perhaps other uniparty machinations.

“Grassley help create and pushed a bill that prevented Trump from removing Mueller with all the Senate Never Trumpers .”

Those “Senate Never Trumpers” was first and foremost North Carolina Senator Thom Tillis who created the whole bill on his own! He then got Democrat Senator Chris Coons, “The Bearded Marxists” to join him in presenting the bill to Grassley. North Carolinians have so much to be proud of in Senator Thom Tillis, whom they spent millions of dollars to get elected so they could get rid of Democrat Senator Kay Hagan. (sarcasm). Now what is Thom Tillis trying to hide by keeping the Mueller investigation going?

It wasn’t all that long ago that Trey Gowdy was a champion of the Tea Party. It was Tea Party voters who sent him to Washington.
