True, but also *emotional*
(IMO) having a tougher (near impossible?) time being RUTHLESS when needed [nurturing instinct].
Tactics, logistics, analytics...’general’ warfare. I do wonder how the sexes differ here and how a switch up would be beneficial.
Though, too, We haven’t fought a war to WIN IT in many an age.
There are plenty of women throughout history who have knowingly used false allegations to destroy the lives of others. They don't often go in and stab someone in hand to hand fighting unless said person is sleeping or something but they will tend to use the power of the state to do their dirty work for them. Not to mention the backstabbing "mean girls" sorts of things where they pick another girl and make her miserable to the point of hopelessness.
My point being that just because women aren't likely to use physical force ruthlessly, there are plenty that are very cold and cruel indeed. Ponder the idea of a President Hillary Clinton and you'll see my point.
Also please note that I am responding to your generalization that women are kinder and less ruthless which I think is generally true. My comment is for a subset of women only, not a general trait by any stretch.
