That’s OK - we’re about to starve them out. Even the ruling class (esp the ruling class).
I imagine you don’t see too many stray dogs, cats, rats or most other animals there anymore as it is. The South Korean elders eat dog for medicinal purposes, I don’t think the North Koreans have that luxury.
