He should round them all up, clean them up, dress them in suits with ties and put them to work in his organization. And oh! Yeah ! Provide shelter for them in the homes of the members of the SPLC...especially those with young daughters.

I don't think the organ replacement industry has advanced to whole-hide status.
That research (whole-hide replacement) would get into size matching, race matching, and gender matching protocols.
