Yup.
The Obama holdover Huber hands off his "recommendations" to the Obama holdover, Deep State Rod Rosentstein.
How great. A body within the DOJ is going to see if they did anything wrong. That always works.
Fire that jackass Sessions and get a real Independent investigator on this
What will most likely happen is a couple of flunkies will be charged with exceeding authority and falsifying documents for the CI investigation and FISA warrants. The sign-off on the investigation will be shown to be based on a tip from some Russian sources who will remain classified. The meme that Trump is tainted must remain at all cost and so it will. They will make sure it does.
Doesn't matter. Sessions will not rescind his recusal. The deep state won't let him.

Sessions letter goes on to reveal that in lieu of appointing a second special counsel, he had asked US Attorney John Huber to evaluate certain issues from outside Washington, DC and to report back to him on what, if anything, might require further action or investigation.
Rep. Goodlatte responded to the announcement by saying, this is not a substitute for a Special Counsel to investigate this and other matters, including decisions made and not made by the Justice Department in 2016 and 2017, and evidence of bias by DOJ and FBI employees in charging decisions.
Only Democratic ones, Pubby ones are powerless.
