I don’t know of a single state that has no state taxes. They may not have a state INCOME tax, but they sure as hell collect a lot of money through other forms of taxation.

Bingo. To wit, property taxes, you know, the taxes that prove you do not own your property, because if you cannot pay them, the State will take your property to insure they are paid. Which in my mind says, U N C O N S T I T U T I O N A L or ought to be. So, is there a State with no income taxes and no property tax?
