McCabe may have already been indicted, for all we know. Any indictments would likely be sealed anyway, pending the results of these additional IG reports and referrals to U.S. Attorneys for potential criminal charges.

If there are DOJ investigations going on right now, we shouldn’t know a thing about them. Any leaks or comments could be grounds for a mistrial when defense counsel argues the potential jury pool was prejudiced.
A reasonable prosecutor would probably wait for the IG report as it only strengthens his hand.

In fact, this crap has been going on a YEAR and I see NO proof that ANY of the people trying to subvert our democracy are going to be brought to justice. In fact, the longer this goes on, the more it looks like the deep state, not President Trump and the forces of good are actually calling the shots here. And, yes, I suspect that Sessions is nothing more than a deep state plant.
