What Muslim country in the world extends full religious freedom to non Muslims? I can’t think of any.

That's true - we cannot require that a candidate be of a particular religious persuasion.
But the voters can certainly reject someone that practices a "religion" we find abhorrent.
I think he may be mentioning how many times he has to hit his head on the ground in each prayer session. 6 or 7 times each time he prays. That is why so many of them have the big callus (prayer bump) in the middle of their forehead.
