Oh, don’t get me started on the garden! I planted some seeds. And then after that it has poured at least twice a day. I’m pretty sure all the seeds have washed down the hill. The garden is on a hill, everything in East Tennessee is on a hill. And as I look outside I see beautiful greenery in the garden, but I know it is all weeds. Weeds choking out the few little crops that have been able to sprout...
And my arms hurt so I really don’t care. I can’t invest as much energy in it this year as I did last year. Oh well, there’s always next year right? I’ll have to spend more time hiking, my legs are strong at least.

What if you got your garden started in the house, that way the seeds couldn’t wash away.
I’m just fine, just on RED ALERT for fire so relaxing is a bit hard, especially as you watch idiots smoking outside or throwing lit smokes out their windows, makes me want to carry a BIG bat.
Monsoons can’t come soon enough, that’s if we even get the rains, we better!
Bubba is much better tho his girlfriend han’t been well, they seem to go back and forth and take care of each other.
Your little neighbor goat sounds so cute, neighbor gave away his three miniatures yesterday as he will be gone most of summer, his wife won’t care for them and we did until they ate most of our backyard shrubbery and hubby said NO more. I’ll miss them, they talked to me as I frequently fed them.
