Why are we - all Western countries, including the US - spending probably billions on these “databases” and supposed surveillance and security monitoring and ignoring absolutely all the terrorists who have been turned up by them? Until after the bombings, the stabbings, the mass shootings, etc...when the powers that be reveal that these guys have been under suspicion and are on their famous lists but they still have “no idea of their motive.”
