Case, Congress is doing exactly what it wants. It’s members like the way things are, for the most part. There’s no urgency for them. They’re quite content.
Agreed.... though I do believe Trumps arrival as Pres. altered the climate there.....he doesn’t play by ‘their rules’ which is their comfort zone to keep things as they are. Trying to mold him to their way isn’t working and they know it. ..he wants things ‘done’ at a rapid pace and they always drag their feet. Not a good match.
