Cuomo is the Governor of the State. He appoints every Cabinet Member, they serve only with his permission. So, is Cuomo in charge or not?
This is pathetic. Looks like Cuomo is too wimpified to show any sort of leadership.
It's an elective office in NY.
So you'll have to watch Schneiderman twist in the wind for a while till he decides this problem isn't going back into the box.
