Special counsel Robert Mueller on Thursday filed a request for 70 blank subpoenas in the Eastern District of Virginia, where former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort.
The two-page filing reveals little, but says that that each subpoena recipient must appear in the Alexandria, Va., courthouse on July 10 to testify in the case.
The 70 blank subpoenas amount to 35 total possible subpoenas — in each case, a subpoena is needed for the witness and another is needed for the defense. Court documents filed in April show that Mueller's team was pushing to subpoena 35 witnesses in the trial.

The people who are subpoenaed just need to go to the court house and decline to testify based on their 5th Amendment rights.

Mueller’s lies and misconduct, unpunished, have put innocent people in jail resulting in two deaths, as well as harassing an innocent scientist for 5 years, plus other acts of professional misconduct, violation of his sworn role as a lawyer to behave professionally, and other crimes.
Supoena him, put him under oath and question the hell out of him. See how fast he clams up aka a Mafia 5th. The same for Rosenstein, and many of Mueller’s “crew”.

Mueller is a disgrace to any profession and must be punished by his profession, be it the denial of any bar accreditation, charges of malicious & illegal prosecutions, lying to the courts, withholding exculpatory evidence, etc. Most of these would be federal crimes because they took place in federal courts.

How the hell do you get blank subpoena’s? In the real world, every time you want one, you’re supposed to go before a judge and ask for one, stating the reason why. Just more of his BS intimidation tactics and if he can’t get Manafort, he’ll take down as many of his associates as he can, to see if they’ll flip on him.
Don’t fire him. Cut his funding to 0 dollars and until he comes up with stuff on Russian collusion they should pay their own investigation if it’s a wild goose chase.
