Here is what I have suggested:

I would urge Rudy to seek a Writ of Prohibition in the Supreme Court, against any use of the highly questionable fruits of the Mueller investigation in any Federal Court, citing the wholesale irregularities & bullying tactics, as against the very suspect basis claimed to justify what has been done, and focusing also on the gravity of the distraction from the extremely critical nature of what is on the President's plate this year, on both the foreign & domestic front.

(Even if the Court declined to issue the writ, proactively, the effort would still help demonstrate key points that need to be addressed, publicly.)

The balance, at this point is so one-sided in the President's favor, I think he might get the Writ, which would make the continued Mueller antics moot.

“...which would make the continued Mueller antics moot.”

I think they’re already moot - the real problem is the deep state which remains even if Mueller shuts down his investigation tomorrow.

Ironically, the continuation of a witch hunt against Trump may actually be helping to turn the tide of public perception against the deep state.

As long as the elected POTUS is being openly bullied - the deep state is increasingly being seen as public enemy #1.

When Mueller is no longer persecuting Trump, who will be the “face” of the deep state? Will they then be back to flying below the radar, and out of public awareness?

Trump is attempting to brand the deep state as “the swamp” and raise public awareness that they do not want to MAGA. There has to be a “they” he can point to - it can’t be Democrats because people are tired of partisan bickering - it can’t be rich people because that’s a leftist ploy.

It has to be actual deep state players - I suspect he’ll keep Mueller around as long as possible to use as his deep state whipping boy. When that’s no longer possible, maybe Comey or McCabe or Brennen will be brought up on charges.

It’s better to have a real person as the boogie man - like Osama Bin Laden was for so long. Once you try to brand a group like Muslims or even terrorists, it’s not as effective. Republicans have completely lost their way now that they can’t point the finger at Obama.

Trump needs to find a suitable nemesis for when he’s done with Mueller. He might be setting up Rosenstien for that role, but I doubt it - Rosenstien is not high level enough.

What would be great would be to find out McCabe was an actual Russian spy the whole time - wouldn’t something like that put a nice chink in the armor of the deep state?

I agree except the SC is not the place for it as it is not an original court of jurisdiction except for the certain matters it is charged with by constitutional doctrine.

I don’t know where that blood sucker got off getting a wire tap on Cohen regarding violations of collusion with the Russians which is what he was charged to investigate. Was Cohen with the KGB, I doubt it. If he was investigating Cohen for some obscure property crime, that has ZERO do with with the blood suckers charge too. If it was a land mine to snare Trump, that is a violation of attorney client because there was absolutely no evidence beyond conjecture that there was a FEC violation.

I now see why this office was staffed with 100% hard core democrap operatives. Had there been one conservative GOP attorney, he would have blown the whistle on this fiasco last year, at the latest.
