They moved the detainees in April....all part of ‘the plan’ thus far. Interesting to watch because plans have been in place for years on how to transition this scenario we see unfolding. If all goes well with the denuclearizing etc we're going to see roadways etc. open to get food items in quickly, also the international community is all set to bring in farm machinery etc to get the farms operating as they should.

The idea is to keep the nation ‘stable’ so there's not a huge stampede into the south or China. The quicker the people are stable the better for all

I wonder if the USA would offer to coordinate an international "Marhsall Plan" to rebuild North Korea, with a coalition from Europe, Japan, etc. Costly on the surface but rebuilding Europe and Japan on generous terms paid extreme benefits over the ensuing decades.

How would China react to such an offer, a clear threat to their dominance over the NORKs. Maybe they'd shrug and say "take them".
