In the Bay area, that’s just average pay. Rent alone can cost you over $4k a month. A starter home in the area is $750k. After rent, health insurance, federal, state, and local taxes you are probably left with about $1500-1800 a month to buy groceries, pay utility bills, car insurance, car payments, clothing, etc.
And California just sucks, too.
That is not a particularly high salary for this sort of work. The Americans probably want $200K or more.
After taxes, $800/month sounds about right for people stealing American jobs. Fair share and all that.

Hmmm... That's 82 people in just two years. I wonder how many people work for this outfit? How long have they been in business and how many total H-1B visa holders do they employ?
