How is this possible without the complicity of the Mexican government. I would think it a conspiracy to invade.

Our military should already have established a 30 mile buffer zone inside Mexico.

100%. After signing that omnibus bill and getting played in Syria with that bogus chemical attack, he's got to stand his ground. If he isn't firm, the haters will sabotage the Korean peace deal and be very close to their goal of ending his presidency. JMHO
