Members of a migrant caravan have reached Tijuana, Mexico, where they were preparing for a Sunday showdown with American immigration officials. The administration of President Donald Trump has described the group as a threat, and Attorney General Jeff Sessions called the caravan as "a deliberate attempt to undermine our laws and overwhelm our system."
Nearly 20 attorneys from the United States were in the border city dispensing advice to the migrants as a healthy slice of the nearly 400 people who ventured north through Mexico from Central America planned to ask for asylum Sunday, according to Pueblo Sin Fronteras' Gina Garibo, who has been helping to guide the caravan.

This whole thing is being funded by foundations (including one directed by Soros). These people did not walk up, hide in railroad cars, or spend a fortune (for them) to end up sealed in the back of a tractor trailer delivering produce.
This event was put together by leftist foundations, they were bused up to the border, and they never broke a sweat. They’re being used.
ICE is willing to accept their applications, interview them, and then distribute them appropriately. In other words, if they want to enter legally as refugees, they can do so (if their interviews prove them to be persecuted, etc.). But the groups behind them are now telling them to rush the border, and these groups are actually hoping for bad results.

Close the border until further notice. Nothing in, nothing out. All cash transfers to Mexico suspended until further notice. For every illegal that try to enter ten will be deported. Anyone trying to enter will NEVER be allowed to gain citizenship in the USA.

Trump requested the governors deploy the National Guard on the border. It is illegal for Trump to deploy actual military troops on the border - it really is, look it up.
There is not a whole lot Trump can do. It is illegal to deploy actual military troops to the border. The law states that they can ask for asylum at the border and we are required to accommodate them.
What is your solution and remember, it has to follow the law. None of this ridiculous venting about shooting them.

I’m in my 60’s but I worry about my children and grandchildren. If not for them, I don’t think I’d care as much.
