President Trump made a rare public comment about the Michael Cohen-Stormy Daniels case Thursday morning, playing down the lawyer's work for him and insisting that he didn't know about Cohen's business activities.
But Trump also said something that would seem ... less than ideal. While describing Cohen's allegedly limited work for him — a “tiny fraction” of his legal work, Trump assured — Trump confirmed to “Fox and Friends” that Cohen “represented” him in the Daniels case.

Who cares what a private citizen did 6 years ago? Meanwhile Bubba was turning a government employee into a humidor, inside the Oval Office but that was none of our business.
Since Cohen paid the whore $130,000 in order to keep her from telling what are called lies by Trump, I see no problem with him saying Cohen, in paying the money did so on his behalf and without Trumps knowledge. Cohen had power of attorney to act of behalf of Trump and needed no further permissions to do so.
Nah, Trump has previously said he didn’t know about Cohen’s payment to Stormy Daniels, or where the money came from.
Today, he said Cohen represented him in the Stormy Daniels “deal” and said: “There were no campaign funds going into it.”
I guess Mulehead has already leaked all of Cohen’s records to the Washington Post, and this is the best they’ve got - that Cohen did represent Trump in the attempted blackmail case of that old, ugly, sagging tramp that literally IS a camera whore.
He said Cohen “represented me,” he didn’t say he knew anything about payments or anything of the sort. Nothing damning about saying an attorney, who everyone previously knew was your attorney, represented you. There’s literally nothing new here that everyone didn’t already know before.

I think Trump was clearly referring to the documents taken from Cohen in the Stormy case and pointing out that Cohen as a lawyer for him makes documents privileged. What other Stormy Daniels “case” is there?
