The prosecutor kind of did Cohen a favor when he raided his office. He basically gave him the legal cover to plead the Fifth Amendment for the rest of his life. LOL.

And since Mueller conned the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York into getting the bogus warrant. Mueller has no civil immunity as a complaining witness in a civil rights lawsuit. If the U.S. Attorney for the SDNY signed the affidavit for the warrant or complaint, he may have a huge liability, too.
