Deepest blow yet to Trump’s phaseout

Bates’s ruling would require a full restart, meaning even illegal immigrant “Dreamers” who’d never been approved before would now be able to apply for DACA.... judge imposed a 90-day delay on his own ruling to give the government a chance to reargue its case, but for now the ruling stands as the most severe blow yet to Mr. Trump’s phaseout.
Judge Bates said the government’s reasoning for revoking DACA wasn’t convincing enough, and so it amounted to an “arbitrary and capricious” decision, which makes it illegal under the Administrative Procedures Act.

Also the latino community is full of vote fraud and false voter registrations. Without DACA the demcrat party loses not only donations but bodies to carry out the fraud or as they call it ‘voter drives’.

Nah.. not quite.. just as a silent majority is seeing the real situation due to the information age we live in... to kill the shadow government/Uniparty immediately.. repeal the 17th Amendment, thier vehicle, repeal the 16th Amendment and it kills the unending debt spending based on your labors. The Federal reserve bank, will go away as a result too.
