Well, here's the thing. I can't tell you how many women or minorities in my company, when I mention I have some problem, will say "you should talk to the president of the company about it. I always tell him about my issues when we get together." They are given so much special access to the executives because of what they look like but they don't even realize they are getting treated specially. They think we all have private luncheons with the President of the company every couple of weeks. They probably think as a white male that I get to go to dinner at the president's house and they are miffed that they just get lunch.
Anyway, I don't ever want to be one of the "problems" that he bring up in one of those luncheons.
