He can always go back to Africa.
The folks who might actually do Africa some real good — American farmers, dairymen and ranchers, engineers, doctors, businessmen, skilled tradesmen etc who just happen to be black — are unlikely to be among those who’d actually go. Nor should we want actual productive people to go.
And the problem with sending them black lawyers and social workers is that we couldn’t ALSO send away our white lawyers and social workers with them....
... also Africa hasn’t done anything to us to deserve us dumping all our lawyers and social workers on them.
