Peg handled almost all the paperwork. Mom told both of us separately to not forget the $100 bills in the Bible. Of course we have found none, but because she loved moving things around we’ve had to go through all books as well.
ROTFL! I feel your pain! We had to do the same thing in Clara’s mess and still haven’t gone through all her books.
Never found any money stashed in them but you can’t ignore the fact that was common practice to people in that age group. We did find a few dollars stuck in envelopes that had other papers in them.
You have to look through EVERYTHING. Fun, huh? Good move getting Peg to do it. :-)
