Don’t confuse the argument with your facts. We can easily solve the problem by making it illegal for minors to have pot. Oh wait, it’s already illegal for minors? Okay then let’s make it illegal for everybody to have pot. That’ll fix the problem for sure.

In fact it is addictive. The only ones who say it isn’t are those who use it all the time. It also leads to heavier drug use in many cases.
It doesn’t have to be addictive to do long term damage to the brain of an adolescent user.

If you commit a crime and happen to be high or in possession, it suddenly turns into a drug issue.

It is addictive, as is tobacco, Communism and alcohol, but why should that matter? Banning emotional analgesics is another social experiment that, eventually, will be seen to have failed.

If it isn’t addictive don’t admit any pot smoking related case to any emergency room. they’re too overcrowded in most cases. No need to spend taxpayer or insurance money on something that is not addictive.
