If she bought it up to help her campaign, big deal...any San Diego FReepers know anything about her? Is she a conservative?
People here are constantly telling everyone that CA is full of leftist, build a wall around the state bla bla bla.. And here ya are begging California’s for move to your state and other states. Very odd.
Two very large counties in SoCal have voted to oppose the state.
Soon multiple Norcal counties will vote to join them.
Though as everyone knows, all politicians are cowards. Now that a few brave souls have extended their necks, more will follow.
Like the town of Ripon, CA. they just voted to join the lawsuit and they are from the Norcal County of San Joaquin. Where Stockton and Escalon (my father’s High School alma matter) are.
Way to go, San Diego County supervisors!
Well Allright!
This is a big deal. San Diego is the second most populous county in the state. These supervisors govern nearly 3,500,000 people. I am so glad that this wonderful, military-heavy county is still showing loyalty to the real America.
Did anyone catch Andrew Zimmern last night? He was in a Hispanic neighborhood in San Diego. The program featured Mexican graffiti and artwork on area bridge columns, etc. The guy Andrew was speaking with said this part of the country used to belong to Mexico, and many of the locals want it to return back to Mexico’s hands.
Many accused Gaspar of bringing the issue to a county vote to gain media attention for her campaign to take the Congressional seat of Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Vista.
IOW, Kate Morrissey is just another Partisan Media Shill. Thanks Ronniesque.
So true. Born and raised in Lakeside. Lived there for 38 years. Left for NC in 1993.
Sanity is starting to spread in California... it’s like they’re waking up from a bad dream...
Our “home town” doing the right thing.
The key to these votes is to join the brief. Beaumont today voted to support the anti-sanctuary cities but no support for the brief.
