This requires that we by Comey's preposterous account, which NO ONE should do. James "Jimmy The Weasel" Comey was a fixer for the Clintons throughout his entire career.
In the instant case, these are the facts:
- FACT: Weiner was arrested by the NYPD Special Investigations Unit.
- FACT: In the course of a voluntary search of his residence and devices, NYPD discovered tens of thousands of State Department emails
- FACT: NYPD alerted the FBI.
- FACT: Under the pretext that a minor girl in NC was involved in some of Weiner's texts, FBI asserted Federal precedence, and took over the investigation.
- FACT: Comey and McCabe never planned to make the contents of Abedin/Weiner laptop public. NEVER.
- FACT: Comey and McCabe kept the laptop secret for at least five weeks, and during that time made no attempt to determine the nature of the additional classified material it contained.
- FACT: Weiner's arrest became public knowledge, because NY office of the FBI couldn't understand the stonewalling, as did stories from NYPD revealing what they found. Rudy alluded to them on FNC. FBI had no choice but to publicly acknowledge.
- FACT: Because of a prior agreement w/ Congress, Comey then had no choice but to send a referral letter; it would have come out with or without his second sham "investigation."
- FACT: The FBI "examined" tens of thousands of emails in just a few days, a process that took them MONTHS with previous tranches.
- FACT: Comey "exonerated" Clinton, yet again, during the critical 72 hours before the election.
- FACT: To this day, Huma Abedin has not been charged with crimes related to her possession of this material, despite the fact that possession of these documents after she claimed all relevant devices had been surrendered to the FBI constitutes a violation of her immunity deal, and requires the case against her to be reopened.
Comey got Clinton her best possible outcome, and it was based on a calculation of his own exposure and the exposure of his seditious co-conspirators in the "small group" which had nothing to with making sure she'd be "legitimate" after the election.
Comey's latest lie is nothing more than a story designed to get him off the hook while maintaining the Democrat fiction that Hillary "should have" won.
She was cleared twice by Comey. Don't ever forget that fact.
