The Starbucks manager who called the police on two black customers for trespassing previously branded customers who didn't speak English 'rude'.
Holly Hylton managed the Center City Philadelphia store for a year and 'mutually parted ways' with the coffee chain after sparking a race row.
The 31-year-old asked the pair to leave after refusing to let them use the bathroom without buying anything, and called 911 when they stayed.
Video of the men, who were waiting for a friend, being dragged out in handcuffs sparked protests and forced the Starbucks chief executive to apologise.
Ms Hylton, a career hospitality manager, previously worked at Chipotle in 2009 and Smashburger in 2013, according to her social media.

I will allow of course that these pre-printed signs might already have been printed and were sitting in some local leftist NGO “office” somewhere, but that would do more to prove my point that than disprove it.
Experience seems to be that whenever you have a situation such as this, where somebody gets arrested, it's for being belligerent toward the cops.

She didn’t “cause” an national outcry. That is not the meaning of the word “cause.” Words have meaning. Headline writers are too stupid to know the meanings.
Her innocent actions were used as the excuse for the national bull$hit.
Just refusing to leave when asked, especially by the cops, is sufficient cause for a trespassing charge.
This is the real evil of social media - creating a virtual mob.

Only after 3 days do we hear anything, even if very incomplete, about the manager or corporate policy.
Same here. If I'm going to take one of their tables, I will at least get a drink. If there is a waiter/waitress, I'll tip.

I despise Starbucks. Never ever will go into one. Glad to see them having to swallow some of the same medicine that we have had forced down our throats for years. I think that there should be a nationwide protest , one at every Starbucks in the United States.

Damned shame that any part of this country had to be semi-tropical to begin with.
Yeah but, usually if you spend a lot of time drinking coffee at a Starbucks you become a regular and you would be upset if anything happened to your Starbucks. And you would be upset if it got robbed.
