I wouldn’t call stating the reality that Russia has been a rogue nation for many years, and now again, since Russia had Putin in charge, a smear.
Their actions condemn themselves...yet you just can’t see why they would assist the Syrians in their chemical attack.
Gen. Mattis stated unequivocally, that he saw conclusive evidence that Syria used chemical weapons and Russia assisted.
So “he’s crazy” is all you got, just like the Left.
